24% Pinotage and 76% Pinot Noir. In addition to the white Brut, Simonsig also launched a rosé variant of their Cape Vonkel in 2005. Cellar master Johan Malan briefly lets the skins give their pigment to the grape juice creating an elegant salmon pink color.
